Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2–4 years of related experience, or a HS diploma/GED plus 5–7+ years in a related role.
• Role requires extensive travel up to about 90%.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement engineered work standards across distribution centers.
• Analyze performance, efficiency and capacity to refine SOPs.
• Lead warehouse staff training and manage facility-layout projects including slotting, pick paths, and WMS configuration.
