Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Label Line Lead in Plover, WI. The role oversees label line operations, ensures accurate labeling and coding, and coordinates with warehouse, QA, maintenance, and production teams to meet schedules and quality standards.

You will train staff, manage line equipment, verify product codes, and address labeling issues while adhering to safety and GMP guidelines. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, labeling, or packaging experience.
• Previous lead or employee training experience.
• Experience operating automated labeling, packaging, or material handling equipment.
• Familiarity with TrakSYS or similar manufacturing production systems.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily label line activities and provide work direction to employees based on operational priorities.
• Operate label line equipment and provide coverage as needed to maintain production flow.
• Verify product codes and ensure printers are properly configured and operating.
• Review labeling materials for accuracy and ensure correct identification and traceability.
• Identify and communicate material shortages or inventory discrepancies affecting production.
• Train and onboard new employees in label line equipment operation and safety practices.
• Follow safety, GMP, and food safety requirements; maintain clean work areas.
