Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. seeks a Warehouse Manager in Plover, WI to lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, shipping and inventory control. You will drive improvements, manage budgets, ensure safety, and coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet service goals.

The role requires leadership of supervisors and a strong background in warehouse operations and food-safety aware processes. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading supervisors and large hourly workforces.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and operational KPIs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse or ERP systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and production support as needed.
• Food manufacturing experience.
• SAP or Warehouse Management System experience.
• Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience.
• Forklift certification or previous powered industrial equipment experience.
• SQF, HACCP, or food safety knowledge.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, packaging operations, shipping, and distribution.
• Develop operational plans and priorities to support production schedules and customer requirements.
• Ensure warehouse operations are safe, efficient, and compliant with company standards.
• Coordinate activities with Production, Planning, Maintenance, QA, Procurement, and Transportation.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, accuracy, and cost control.
• Develop and manage budgets and departmental expenditures.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, warehouse layout, and capital improvements.
