Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Label Line Lead to safely coordinate daily label line operations, ensure accurate labeling and coding, and support interdepartmental collaboration with Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Production teams.

The role requires leading the line, training new employees, reviewing labels and product codes, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with labeling, packaging, or product coding is a plus.
• Ability to read production schedules and product codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead label line operations and coordinate daily activities.
• Conduct startup inspections and ensure correct product and label configuration.
• Verify production jobs in TrakSYS and align with schedules.
• Provide instruction and guidance to label line employees.
• Promote safety, accuracy, and quality across the line.
