Job summary

Del Monte Foods, the Foods Division of Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc., seeks a Label Line Lead to provide frontline support for labeling line labor and production execution. You will back the Shift Supervisors in daily performance management across safety, quality, schedule attainment and overall OEE performance.

Key responsibilities include championing safety on label lines, coordinating with Engineering and leadership, validating downtime data, and driving continuous improvement through action

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred in manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of related experience in a food manufacturing setting or similar.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills for spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership for labeling line labor and production execution.
• Support Shift Supervisors to drive safety, quality, schedule attainment and OEE.
• Champion safety and ensure PPE usage and safety protocol compliance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, DC and leadership to meet KPI targets.
• Manage downtime data accuracy and perform analysis for top downtime issues.
• Lead training and scheduling for lines to achieve production targets.
