Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for our Wilsonville, OR facility. This onsite role leads the COE team, delivers engineering designs, and supports customers and sales with technical solutions.

The position offers a competitive salary range and a variable incentive program. Primary responsibility is directing engineering activities across product lines, ensuring on-time and within-spec delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Electrical manufacturing/operations capacities.
• Prior experience providing technical direction or leadership to a team of engineers or technicians.
• No relocation benefit is offered; within a 50-mile radius of Wilsonville, OR considered.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or other visa plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the COE engineers and technicians to drive schedule attainment and manufacturing requirements.
• Provide engineering designs, technical direction, and quality oversight for customer order activities.
• Assist sales and customers with solutions for non-standard applications.
• Lead and develop engineers and technicians; manage development plans and performance goals.
• Drive improvements in engineering performance and operational excellence.
• Oversee large customer projects to completion on time and within requirements.
