Job summary

Staffmark Group in Haslet, TX is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee warehouse operations and lead a team to move products safely and efficiently along the supply chain. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience with warehouse procedures and WMS.

Pay ranges from $16.50 to $18.25 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule and overtime as needed. Educational requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with preferred associate or bachelor's in business

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and workplace safety practices.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, or related business systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
• Foster a positive, accountable team culture focused on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Support customers and internal teams by resolving order, shipping, and inventory issues promptly and professionally.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and operational skills.
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks while driving workflow and accuracy improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Track and report key performance metrics, using data insights to drive decisions and enhance efficiency.
