Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Material Flow Engineer based in Pittsburgh, PA with 5–18 years of experience. The role focuses on end-to-end design of warehouse layouts, material handling systems, and line balancing for high-volume manufacturing environments.

You will work with AGV/AMR/ASRS, conveyors, robotics, and CAD tools to optimize throughput, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership of warehouse design and material flow.
• Experience with material handling equipment evaluation and procurement.
• Hands-on in factory layout design, aisle sizing, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and specifications.
• Create 3D models and CAD drawings; manage BOMs and ECOs.
• Lead projects from concept through procurement, FAT/SAT, and handover.
