Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to join our Distribution Center team. You will follow established procedures to receive, stock, and dispatch goods, and you will support leadership by coordinating daily tasks and mentoring teammates.

You will operate warehouse equipment, maintain accuracy of stock records, and ensure safety protocols. This role requires 4+ years in warehousing and a HS diploma; overtime and shift flexibility may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate forklift or related equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Willingness to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and dispatch goods in a distribution center.
• Assist leadership with daily work assignments and training.
