Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution center. You will coach junior staff, drive forklift activities, and ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping to customers.

Qualified candidates will have forklift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Spanish language skills are a plus. White Cap offers benefits and growth opportunities within a nationwide leader.

• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Attention to detail essential.
• Spanish language proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 5-7 years of experience in area of responsibility.
