Job summary

Verst Logistics is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate in Hebron, KY. The role runs 5:00 am to 1:30 pm and pays $21 per hour, with benefits including health, 401(k) match, PTO, and more. You will oversee material handling operations and set a positive example for teammates.

You will train and develop associates on SOPs and JSA, coordinate staffing with the supervisor, and back up the Warehouse Supervisor as needed. Must have high school diploma or equivalent and obtain forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must acquire forklift certification upon hire.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills the duties and responsibilities of a Material Handling Operator.
• Leads and mentors warehouse associates.
• Coordinates staffing needs with supervisor and prioritizes workflow.
• Backs up Warehouse Supervisor as needed.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment and reinforces safety policies.
