Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Hebron, KY. The role focuses on filling client orders safely, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment on-site at the Hebron location.

Candidate should be able to read work orders, operate standard warehouse equipment, and follow Crane SOPs. Forklift certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire; U.S. work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States for any company in an ongoing capacity without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Fills client orders safely and efficiently according to Crane SOPs.
• Ensures distribution activities conform to internal quality standards and safety.
• Reads and follows work orders and identifies materials or container loads to move.
• Operates forklift or drivable warehouse equipment as trained (reach truck, rider jack, standup, sit-down).
• Loads/unloads materials from pallets and prepares for transport.
• Scans freight using warehouse management system with RF equipment.
