Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a warehouse associate in Kentucky. The role involves receiving, picking, packing and shipping customer orders, maintaining inventory, and using RF scanning equipment.

Overtime is common to meet distribution standards and shifts run evenings Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00pm to 4:30am. Starting pay is $19.00/hour with potential to reach up to $24.49/hour based on incentives, shift differentials, and referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment and meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick and stage customer orders, returns, shipping and inventory control.
• Verify merchandise received against shipment records and report discrepancies.
• Stock shelves and move inventory using RF devices or forklifts as needed.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and prepare for shipping.
• Enter orders and returns into the computer system and conduct daily inventory counts.
