Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a distribution center.
• Experience in a lead or mentorship role.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• Ability to train and coach warehouse staff across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains warehouse associates on warehousing duties, including material handling equipment.
• Coordinates and prioritizes warehousing work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Operates material handling equipment to load, unload, pick, stock, and stage inventory.
• Ensures warehousing functions run smoothly and escalates issues to management.
• Verifies product and shipment data in the inventory management system.
• Maintains clean work areas and follows safety policies.
• Completes required paperwork during shifts.
• Acts as back-up for all warehousing functions.
