Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc in Kent, WA is seeking a seasoned warehouse professional to support multiple departments within the distribution center, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. You will coach staff and ensure accurate data entry into the inventory management system.

Under limited supervision you will help prioritize tasks, operate material handling equipment, uphold safety policies, complete paperwork, and act as back-up for

Qualifications

• Technical certification or associate degree may be required.
• 7+ years of experience in warehousing or related area.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains warehouse associates on warehousing duties.
• Coordinates and prioritizes warehousing work to ensure timely completion.
• Operates material handling equipment to load/unload, pick, stock and stage inventory.
• Verifies and enters product and shipment data into inventory management system.
• Ensures work areas comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Completes required paperwork during shifts.
• Serves as back-up for all warehousing functions.
