Job summary

HD Supply is seeking an experienced warehouse lead to work across multiple departments within the distribution center in Kent, WA. You will coach, train, and supervise associates, focusing on safe, efficient operations and accurate inventory handling.

The role requires coordinating tasks across warehouse functions, operating equipment, and ensuring timely completion of shipments and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in warehousing or distribution.
• Experience leading or mentoring teammates.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains warehouse associates on warehousing duties and equipment.
• Coordinates and prioritizes warehousing work for efficiency and timeliness.
• Operates material handling equipment to complete loading, unloading, picking, stocking, staging.
• Ensures warehousing functions run smoothly and escalates issues.
• Verifies product and shipment data in the inventory system.
• Maintains clean work areas and follows safety policies.
• Completes required paperwork during shifts.
• Serves as back-up for all warehousing functions.
