Become a Key Player as a Lead Warehouse Associate
You will lead and support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure goods move accurately and on time. You will train and coach warehouse team members, work closely with warehouse supervisors and cross-functional partners, and execute onsite operational standards at the Rancho Dominguez facility.
Here’s How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Assist with training, coaching, and troubleshooting for warehouse staff and WMS usage
- Support warehouse supervisory team to ensure SOPs and quality expectations are followed
- Receive, offload, load and stage freight; check paperwork, counts, weights and report discrepancies or damages
- Operate forklifts (stand-up, sit-down) and hand jacks; palletize, stretch-wrap and prepare outbound loads
- Match paperwork with freight, prepare ULDs, and sign off Bills of Lading accurately
- Maintain housekeeping, inventory checks, picking/packing, and execute client-specific SOP tasks
- Recommend process improvements and assist in developing new SOPs
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations experience
- Certified forklift operator
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform sustained physical work
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Good verbal communication skills; ability to follow SOPs and quality/KPI expectations
- Ability to work flexible hours and days as site needs require

- Familiarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, and delivery orders
- Ability to speak Spanish
Pay Range
$19.88 - $24.85/hour
