RXO Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate in Richmond, VA to drive accuracy in data entry, oversee inventory levels, and guide a team for productive shifts.

You will mentor associates, ensure safety procedures are followed, and maintain supply availability while coordinating with operations to meet daily targets.
