Job summary

RXO Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Lead Last Mile Operations to coordinate with site leadership and support home delivery services. You will manage a 15–20 person warehouse team and drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.

The role requires supervisory and logistics experience, strong communication, and analytical skills. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and the position is onsite with RXO’s commitment to career development and advancement.
