Job summary

RXO is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate in Aurora, CO to drive productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced distribution center. You will coach a team, oversee data entry, inventory control, and equipment use while following safety procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role requires 4 years of warehouse experience, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work days, evenings and weekends. Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Solid leadership and coaching skills.

As part of our team, you’ll have the support to excel at work, and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.What your day-to-day will look like:Be responsible for accurate data entryHandle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliationAssign work and monitor group activitiesInstruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirementsMonitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and suppliesOversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programsAssist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performanceAt a minimum, you’ll need:Microsoft Office experience and proficiency (Outlook and Excel)Ability to learn new computer applications4 years of warehouse experienceSolid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skillsIt’d be great if you also have:High school diploma or equivalentBilingual (Spanish)Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekendsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSolid leadership skills; able to coach and mentor team members (2-5)Solid math skillsThis job requires the ability to:Lift up to 50 lbs.Work in a warehouse environment that is not climate-controlledDoes this sound like you?
