Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Wisconsin. You will handle data entry, manage inventory, assign tasks, and guide associates on equipment use and safety procedures in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel), and at least 4 years of warehouse experience. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; shifts may vary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance.

What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like:

• Be responsible for accurate data entry

At a Minimum, You’ll Need:

• Microsoft Office experience and proficiency (Outlook and Excel)
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• 4 years of warehouse experience
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

It’d Be Great If You Also Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid leadership skills; able to coach and mentor team members (2-5)
• Solid math skills

This Job Requires The Ability To:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled
