Job summary

SUPPLY NETWORK INC is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Fort Lauderdale to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling. You will lead a team, coordinate with Customer Service and Fabrication, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and logistics coordination skills, along with experience with warehouse systems and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train warehouse staff across shipping, receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, and material handling.
• Process and track transactions using RF scanners, pick tickets, and warehouse management systems.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and staging of outgoing shipments.
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments to maintain accuracy and quality standards.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to load/unload materials.
• Coordinate daily with Customer Service and Fabrication teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and company policy compliance.
• Perform cycle counts and manage inventory accuracy, including backorder fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate freight logistics including carrier selection, LTL shipments, and delivery scheduling.
