Job summary

Robert Bosch Tool Corporation seeks a seasoned maintenance-focused leader to drive problem solving and process improvements in laser and coating areas. You will partner with operations, engineering, TEF, and quality to resolve NRFT issues and support new equipment launches.

The role requires hands-on technical leadership, ability to train staff, calibrate machines, and work across departments to achieve continuous improvement and safe, reliable production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years in CSB department in Laser and Coating.
• Desirable: currently in a Lead, Floating position, or setup role.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem solving activities in assigned areas.
• Analyze NRFT issues and assist engineering with solutions.
• Lead training activities during runoffs and new equipment launches.
• Provide production lines with technical support and calibrations.
• Support TEF, quality, and maintenance in issue resolution and improvements.
