Honda Development Team in Ohio seeks a Senior VR/Experience Arena Lead to drive vehicle development validation initiatives, deepen alignment on appearance, visibility, and usability, and accelerate decision-making. You will translate design data into VR experiences and guide cross-functional teams to streamline prototyping and testing workflows.

Responsibilities include data import from Catia V5 and 3DX, user onboarding for VR systems, operating the Experience Arena, and leading next-gen

Qualifications

Experience with VR/AR development tools and workflows.
Understanding of automotive design review processes.
Ability to interpret design validation requirements.

Responsabilités

Lead development teams to confirm appearance, visibility, and usability requirements to boost decision confidence and reduce costs.
Improve Honda’s validation arena experience and tools with new methods, hardware, and software.
Apply knowledge of Honda’s development systems to anticipate team and corporate needs.
Import data from Catia V5 and 3DX into VR formats for integration.
Introduce users to VR headsets, controls, and procedures to ensure safe and effective use.
Operate xR software and Experience Arena to present real-time elements for review goals.
Lead buildout of Honda Experience Arena to support next-gen proof-of-concept testing and clinic validation.
Act as main designer and operator of the Honda Experience Arena.
Identify, implement, and manage all relevant software to operate the Arena.
Conduct future research to grow capability and effectiveness of the Experience Arena.
