Qualifications

• Proven leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication with teams and store leadership.
• 1–3 years of retail sales experience with supervisory exposure.
• Experience in home décor or visual merchandising is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and displays to execute floorset timelines.
• Maintain daily routines for markdowns, promotions, signage, replenishment, and recovery.
• Collaborate with GM/DVM to adapt directives to store layout and ownership needs.
• Analyze reports to identify profitability opportunities and improve results.
• Communicate inventory needs to management to maximize sell-through and margin.
• Mentor and train associates on visual standards and performance.
