Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company shaping next‑generation medicine. The Supervisor, Visual Inspection leads PET operations, ensures cGMP compliance, and drives continuous improvement across shifts.

You will train staff, manage deviations, and partner with engineers to optimize processes in a high‑quality, compliant environment. Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering or related field, LEAN experience, and familiarity with LDMS/AZDocs/SAP/Trackwise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, related Science or business.
LEAN manufacturing experience preferred.
Proficiency with LDMS or AZDocs, SAP, Trackwise.
Training or experience in formulation, filling, packaging, validation, technology transfer, change control.
Project management skills.

Responsibilities

Provides direction to PET staff in the efficient use of equipment and materials to produce quality products.
Responsible for all PET activity including coordination of support staff, scheduling and improvement.
Promotes safe work practices and ensures HSE standards are met daily.
Trains PET staff on equipment, processes and SOPs; supports training plans.
Ensures cGMPs are followed and responds to internal audits.
Generates deviation reports and supports investigations; approves deviations as appropriate.
