Compass Health Center seeks an Adolescent Group Therapist to lead evidence-based group therapies for ages 12–18, primarily in DBT/CBT modalities. You will contribute to crisis interventions and coordinate treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team.
The role offers opportunities to cross-train in adolescent specialties and to support families via phone coaching and follow-ups. A Master’s degree and appropriate licensure eligibility are required.

This role will work with patients aged 12-18 in our Mood & Anxiety Program, while also offering the opportunity to be cross-trained within our Adolescent specialty programs and services: School Refusal, OCD/Complex Anxiety, Mental Health and Substance Use.
