Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Manager of Digital Content to oversee day-to-day content planning, story development, and editorial execution. You will supervise Digital Reporters, Video Producers, and Editors across Marketing & Communications, guiding projects from concept through production and delivery.

Collaborating with the Director of Digital Content, you will refine stories, manage pipelines, and ensure content meets brand and accessibility standards while supporting ESSC’s

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
7+ years in content development or related fields.
3+ years leading creative teams and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead Digital Reporters and Video Producers.
Coordinate workloads and production priorities with the Production Manager.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
Lead content intake, planning, and workflow management for Marketing & Communications.
Develop briefs, outlines, scripts, and related materials.
Ensure content adheres to brand, legal, privacy, and accessibility standards.
