Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the treatment floor and oversee technicians.
• Assist veterinarians with appointments, surgery, anesthesia, and diagnostics.
• Train onboarding of new technicians and assistants.
• Coach team through feedback and one-on-one meetings.
• Help develop SOPs and improve workflow efficiencies.
• Support scheduling and daily staffing needs.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and a positive culture.
