Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced proficiency within their department and maintains related skills.
• 75% of time spent on the floor as a Technician supervisor.
• Coaches supervised staff for strong performance and productivity in medical services.
• Mentors lower-level staff and facilitates communication with hospital leadership.
• Implements process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Schedules meetings and training, and assists in recruiting as needed.
• Performs annual reviews of team members
