• Spends ~75% on the floor and 25% on admin/leadership tasks.
• Coaches staff to improve performance and productivity in medical service delivery.
• Mentors lower-level staff in clinical skills and business knowledge.
• Facilitates communication with hospital leadership and organizes team meetings.
• Implements process improvements to remove barriers to service.
