Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits and clinical skills.
• Coach team members to anticipate and address patient and client needs and to seek assistance with escalated situations.
• Work with hospital leadership to organize tech and assistant meetings.
• Organize training schedules for Technician staff.
• Identify conflicts and seek resolution.
• Provide feedback to leadership and develop performance improvement plans.
• Other related duties as assigned.
