Qualifications

• AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program graduate.
• Current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology and lab procedures.
• Calm and efficient approach in fast-paced situations.
• Strong communication and collaborative teamwork.
• One year of veterinary industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care as part of the medical team, including treatments, anesthesia monitoring, and lab work.
• Lead and mentor the medical team to maintain efficient workflow and grow skills.
• Educate clients on treatments, review medical records, and answer questions confidently.
• Contribute to a positive hospital culture and ongoing training of teammates.
