Mission Pet Health is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our AAHA-accredited hospital in Reisterstown, MD. Qualifications
- Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
- A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
- Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology and lab procedures.
- Calm and efficient approach in fast-paced situations.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative teamwork.
- One year of veterinary industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Utilize your full skillset providing comprehensive patient care, monitoring anesthesia, and performing lab work.
- Lead and mentor the medical team to ensure efficient workflow and growth.
- Partner with clients, educate owners on treatments and review medical records.
- Contribute to a positive culture and uphold hospital standards.
