Mission Pet Health in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join a six-DVM team and provide high‑quality patient care. You will assist with anesthesia, nursing, and diagnostic work, collaborating closely with clinicians and support staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology and laboratory procedures.
• Calm and efficient under pressure, with strong communication skills.
• One year of experience in the veterinary industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatments, monitor anesthesia, and perform lab work as part of the medical team.
• Lead and mentor the medical staff to ensure efficient workflow and growth.
• Partner with clients to educate, review records, and answer questions about care.
• Contribute to a positive hospital culture and uphold high standards of care.
