Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a credentialed veterinary technician to join our Spring Hill hospital. You’ll perform nursing, anesthesia monitoring, dental care, radiology, and lab work as part of a supportive medical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• A current state veterinary technician license in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
• A calm and efficient approach, especially in fast-paced or stressful situations.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
• One year of experience in the veterinary industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care, administer treatments, monitor anesthesia, and perform lab work.
• Lead and mentor the medical team to ensure efficient workflows.
• Educate clients on treatments, review medical records, and answer questions confidently.
• Contribute to a positive culture and uphold high hospital standards.
