Mars Veterinary Health is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor at VCA Cat Hospital of Chicago. This full-time role requires strong leadership skills to mentor the technician team while ensuring exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a credential as a Veterinary Technician and experience in a leadership role. You will also support the hospital management in improving workflow and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be a credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, LVMT, RVT).
• Strong clinical skills in anesthesia, dentistry, and patient nursing are required.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants.
• Assist with surgical procedures and monitor hospitalized patients.
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance coaching to team members.
