Responsibilities

• Lead the Bone and Joint Department's daily operations, ensuring exceptional patient care.
• Inspire and motivate the technical staff to achieve high-quality performance.
• Ensure team members are proficient in technical procedures relevant to Soft Tissue Surgery.
