Job summary

All Valley Animal Care Center in Meridian, ID is seeking a Lead Client Service Representative to guide front desk operations and ensure a compassionate client experience. The role partners with the Practice Manager on scheduling, standards, and training, providing mentorship to the front office team while not serving as formal manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a veterinary CSR/receptionist required.
• Strong customer service, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
• Preferred: prior experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including: lift up to 20 pounds; up to 50 pounds with assistance; extended standing, sitting, kneeling, bending, and reaching.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Guide front office operations to ensure a seamless and compassionate client experience.
• Partner with Practice Manager to optimize scheduling and service standards.
• Oversee front office workflow and address operational challenges.
• Support hospital marketing efforts and community engagement.
• Report concerns and maintain a well-organized, safe, and inviting facility.
