Seventy First Animal Hospital, LLC in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Lead Customer Service Representative to set the tone at the front desk. You will lead daily operations, coach the CSR team, and ensure top-notch client experiences across routine wellness to urgent care.

You will drive scheduling accuracy, support leadership, and maintain records while upholding our compassionate, patient‑focused culture. This role offers growth within our veterinary network and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Strong computer skills, including scheduling systems and POS platforms.
• Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or multi-location service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and model service excellence in daily CSR duties, scheduling, check-ins, and transactions.
• Mentor onboarding CSRs with real-time coaching and development planning.
• Serve as the first escalation point for client concerns and workflow issues.
• Foster cross-department collaboration with technicians, veterinarians, and leadership.
• Monitor front desk coverage, client experience, and accuracy of records and reports.
• Uphold hospital values and maintain a calm, supportive presence during high-volume times.
