Summer Creek Animal Clinic, LLC in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Lead Customer Service Representative to set the tone at the hospital's front desk. You will guide the CSR team, ensure outstanding client experiences, and escalate issues as needed.

You’ll work closely with technicians, veterinarians, and leadership to maintain smooth daily operations. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in customer service, veterinary experience, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Strong computer skills including scheduling systems and POS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking.
• Prior lead, senior, or mentoring experience required.
• Veterinary experience is required.
• Available Monday–Friday and Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional client experiences at the front desk.
• Mentor and onboard new CSRs with ongoing coaching.
• Serve as primary escalation point for client and workflow issues.
• Foster cross‑department collaboration with technicians, veterinarians, and leadership.
• Oversee daily front desk coverage, scheduling accuracy, and recordkeeping.
• Uphold hospital values and maintain calm during high‑volume periods.
