East Greenbush Animal Hospital is hiring a full‑time Lead Client Services Representative to lead the front desk with warmth and professionalism. You will mentor CSRs, coordinate scheduling, and ensure exceptional client experiences while upholding hospital policies and service quality.

The role requires veterinary experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. A supportive team environment and comprehensive benefits are offered at our Albany area practice.

Qualificações

• 2 years of veterinary experience required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in veterinary software systems is a plus.
• A genuine love for animals and care for their well‑being.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding, compassionate client service and set the front desk tone.
• Be the go‑to resource for CSRs, offering guidance and coaching.
• Assist with training and onboarding; resolve front desk conflicts.
• Screen calls calmly; assist with escalated calls for the Practice Manager.
• Ensure accurate scheduling, check‑in/check‑out, and client communication.
• Maintain knowledge of hospital services, policies, and pricing.
• Support daily workflow; communicate with doctors, technicians, and management.
• Ensure phones, emails, and online requests are handled promptly.
• Model reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Assist with front desk coverage and scheduling as needed.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, estimates, and payments.
• Maintain organization and efficiency at the front desk.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and processes.
• Adapt easily in a fast‑paced, emotional environment.
