Veritas Veterinary Partners in Wheat Ridge, CO seeks two Technician Supervisors to lead Emergency & Critical Care and Appointment Services teams. You will work on the floor with patient care teams, providing clinical leadership, coaching, and real-time support to ensure safe, high‑quality care.

Candidates must hold active RVT/LVT/CVT credentials with at least two years of clinical experience, including leadership.

Qualificações

• Active credentialing as RVT, LVT, or CVT in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two years of clinical veterinary experience, including leadership.
• Proficiency in core technician duties: anesthesia, venipuncture, catheter placement, meds administration.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for directing a team.
• Experience with practice management software and clinical documentation systems.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver credentialed technician duties including anesthesia monitoring and patient care.
• Lead and coach shifts on the ECC and Appointment Services teams.
• Coordinate daily clinical workflow, patient intake, treatment, anesthesia, monitoring, and discharge prep.
• Direct task assignment and ensure appropriate staff utilization during shifts.
• Escalate clinical concerns to manager or veterinarian as needed.
• Ensure thorough shift handoffs with clear patient status.
