Job summary

Veritas Veterinary Partners in Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking two Technician Supervisors to support Emergency & Critical Care and Appointment Services. These roles share frontline patient care with on-shift leadership and coaching responsibilities.

You'll lead clinical teams, ensure safe workflows, approve task allocation, and communicate patient status during handoffs. The position is full-time, onsite with a four 10-hour shift schedule and eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

• Active credentialing as RVT, LVT, or CVT in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two years of clinical veterinary experience, including at least one year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with practice management software and clinical documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead ECC or appointment services teams on shift and provide real-time coaching.
• Deliver direct patient care alongside the team and ensure safe workflows.
• Manage daily clinical workflow: intake, treatment, anesthesia, monitoring, discharge prep.
• Direct task assignments and coordinate staff on shift.
• Escalate clinical concerns to management when needed.
• Ensure thorough shift handoffs with clear patient updates.
