Job summary

AEG WORLDWIDE is seeking a Manager Maintenance to ensure venue functionality before, during, and after events. You will oversee cleaning, painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs to keep the venue at peak condition.

You will manage daily, event and scheduled maintenance, supervise staff and coordinate with outside vendors. A BA/BS and 4–6 years in maintenance leadership are required, with flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of related work experience in maintenance management.
• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of music industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily, event and regularly scheduled cleaning and maintenance projects.
• Repair and maintenance tasks including carpet repair/cleaning, painting, elevator repair, seating restoration, bathroom upkeep, HVAC, electrical and plumbing work.
• Train staff on proper use of cleaning and repair tools.
• Supervise cleaning team and bathroom attendants on attendance, performance and training needs.
• Develop standard procedures for venue upkeep and asset care.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and request quotes to determine best option.
• Assist with building set props and production advancement as needed.
