Job summary

The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Product Development Center (PDC) in Wauwatosa, WI, seeks a Vehicle Integration Lead Engineer to drive full-vehicle design integration across the product line and own the Vehicle Virtual Assembly (VA). Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Background in automotive/powersports vehicle systems, dynamics and performance.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD and PLM systems (PTC Creo/Parametric, CreoView, or equivalent).
• Proven success leading system or component design from concept through production launch.
• Strong understanding of ride/handling, braking, powertrain performance, aerodynamics, ergonomics and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-vehicle design integration across the product line.
• Own the Vehicle Virtual Assembly and maintain it as the single source of truth.
• Lead cross-system integration across chassis, powertrain, electrical, bodywork, thermal, NVH and human factors.
