Harley-Davidson Motor Company’s Product Development Center (PDC) in Wauwatosa, WI, seeks a Staff Engineer for P&A Product Category Specialist – Performance. Lead design, analysis, and delivery of performance-focused components, with strategic technical leadership across engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.

You will mentor engineers, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure alignment with timing, cost, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional engineering experience in product development.
• Deep expertise in at least one P&A category: Fit/Function, Style, Electrical or Performance.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle technologies and production processes.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deliver motorcycle components from concept to production.
• Define requirements aligned with vehicle performance and project goals.
• Create CAD models, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Plan validation activities, DFMEAs, and DVP&Rs; drive issue resolution.
• Mentor engineers, share P&A best practices, and guide cross-functional teams.
