Job summary

Magna leads vehicle architecture development across complete programs, translating requirements into integrated vehicle solutions from concept to production launch. You will coordinate styling, packaging, and cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity and production readiness.

The role requires a strong background in vehicle architecture, CAD tools, and experience guiding multi-discipline teams through the product-development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical/automotive engineering; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in vehicle architecture, integration or related automotive development.
• Experience leading cross-functional development across concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead vehicle architecture, packaging, integration, and technical convergence.
• Coordinate cross-functional design, CAD, PLM, and program management.
• Ensure production readiness and adherence to program objectives.
• Guide styling convergence and tolerance management with teams.
• Maintain architecture decisions and technical documentation throughout programs.
