Qualifications

• Experience validating complex electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a T&V team to develop core electrical test procedures and global test norm harmonization.
• Review test plans, procedures and reports for full coverage and compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers, DREs, and cross-functional teams to manage issues and improvements.
• Troubleshoot ECUs, System HIL, and testing environments to minimize false positives.
• Drive continuous improvements to test plans and replication of issues.
