Job summary
TYG is seeking an experienced Senior VDC Manager to drive digital coordination on a major data center project in Texas. You will lead VDC strategy, oversee BIM coordination across disciplines, and align model workflows with schedule and field operations.
Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in VDC/digital construction, strong BIM expertise (Revit/Navisworks), and a passion for automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve project delivery.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of VDC, BIM or digital construction experience.
- Experience leading VDC delivery on large, technically complex projects.
- Strong understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, and model-based construction.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead VDC strategy and execution across the project.
- Manage BIM coordination across architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
- Lead coordination between project teams, VDC personnel, design teams and trade partners.
- Oversee model development, clash detection and coordination workflows.
- Integrate VDC information with project schedules, field operations and project management systems.
